Overall, the majority of our services adhere to our main policy that all sales for services, courses, and coaching as final. Any and all disputes will be resolved in the State of Florida should that be necessary.

We understand that circumstances may arise, and we have outlined our refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Consultation Services:

  1. Cancellation before Consultation: If you need to cancel your consultation service before the scheduled session, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.

  2. Cancellation during Consultation: Should you decide to cancel during an ongoing consultation, are non-refundable.

  3. Late/Missed Consultation: Late/Missed consultations without prior notice are non-refundable.

Book Publishing Services:

  1. Initial Deposit: The initial deposit for book publishing services is non-refundable. This covers the initial stages of planning and resource allocation.

  2. Cancellation during Production: If you decide to cancel during the production phase, a partial refund may be issued based on the completed work and expenses incurred.

  3. Completed Services: Once a service is completed and delivered, refunds are not applicable. Once your book is published or the publish contract date is met, the purchase becomes final and there are no refunds available.

    This means that you will not be able to cancel the publishing agreement or receive a refund for any fees you have paid, including editing, formatting, or marketing services.

    It is important to carefully review all terms and conditions of the publishing agreement and make sure that you are fully committed to the process before signing and moving forward.

General Terms:

  • Qualified refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.

  • Qualified refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to [3] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
