The dress code for dining in the evening restaurants is:
- Men: long trousers and a shirt or T-shirt with sleeves and closed shoes.
- Women: casual clothes and shoes or high heels.
Casual shorts are allowed in the buffet but guests must always wear a shirt.
Room service is included. It is available 24/7 and you will find the menu in your room and on the webapp of the hotel.
The minibar is all inclusive. It is restocked once a day at no extra cost. If you request specific additional items before the daily restocking, these will be charged.
Yes, the rooms have a safe deposit box. On the inside, they are 46 cm wide x 21,5 cm high x 34 cm deep.
At Hotel Platinum Yucatán Princess you can practise several water sports: paddle-boarding at our club house, and water polo and water aerobics in the pool.
What’s more, Riviera Maya is the perfect place for practising water sports like snorkelling or scuba diving in its coral reefs and cenotes.
Yes, it has a gym. The facilities include weights, treadmills, elliptical trainers, bicycles, exercise mats and machines to work out specific muscles. The opening hours are from 7:00 to 19:00.
